Overview

This is one of the most popular trekking area, which is situated west of Kathmandu. This is the regions classic long-distance trek for which you’ll need around 21-24 days. Three weeks would be safer and more enjoyable. The route follows two rivers Marshyangdi and Kaligandaki valleys, crossing between them over the Thorong-la pass, at 5416metres, the highest on this trek. In this trek you will experience many Himalayas, which are more than 6000 to 8167metres (Dhaulagiri) high and you will find mostly Gurung, Brahman, Chhetri, Thakali, Tamang casts and their Culture.

The popularity of the Annapurna trek is entirely understandable. It is amongst the most dramatic scenery in the world. There are trekking routes to suit all seasons and levels of fitness. But the best seasons for doing this trek are October to December and mid-March to May.

To make the most of your holidays enjoyable, it is essential that you choose a trip, which is within your capabilities. All our adventure trips are graded and described.

Any one who leads a reasonably active life can enjoy these trips. The walking part of these trips are easy and normally up to 5 to 6 hours a day.

These trips are mixture of some longer and shorter walks. During these trips, hill-walking experience is desirable. The walking hours is about 7 hours a day.

The day stages on these trials are combined with strenuous and moderate walks, which normally takes 6 to 8 hours a day.

These trips are known to be the most strenuous and regarded as genuine adventure. An experience of mountaineering with the capabilities of carrying on normally at an altitude of 4000 to 5000m and possessing a degree of good stamina is desirable. Duration of walking is about 8 to 9 hours a day.

Itinerary

Day 01: DRIVE TO BESHISAHAR 815 m and continue drive to BHULBHULE 950m.
You should get ready early in the morning to drive to Besishahar either by public bus or by private vehicle depending upon the standard of service you choose. Duration: 7-8 hrs.

Day 02: TREK FROM BHULBHULE TO JAGATE 1310m.
Breakfast at Bhulbhule, lunch on the way and arrived at Jagat. Duration: 7-8 hrs.

Day 03: TREK FROM JAGATE TO BHRATANG 1430m.
At this place we can see a very beautiful water fall. You will be visiting villagers and viewing Mountains and touching natural beauties. Duration: 7-8 hrs.

Day 04: TREK FROM BHRATANG TO DHARAPANI 860m.
Breakfast at Bhratang and lunch on the way. Our guide will explain about the locality, its culture and other important aspects of the place. Duration: 7-8 hrs.

Day 05: TREK FROM DHARAPANI TO CHAME 2670m.
Today will be viewing the first close view of Annapurna II, III and Lamjung Himal. Have breakfast at Dharapani Lunch on the way between. Duration: 5-6 hrs

Day 06: TREK FROM CHAME TO PISANG 3200m.
We are walking to Pisang Village today after taking breakfast at Chame.

Day 07: TREK FROM PISANG TO MANANG 3540m.
By crossing Humde airport and Braga Village 3360m. Before we reaching to Manang village we will cross through one Chorten which is around 500 years old.

Day 08: TREK FROM MANANG TO LEDER 4250m.
On the tenth day w will trek other side from the after breakfast in Manang we trek up to Ledar.

Day 09: TREK FROM LEDER TO CHULU BASE CAMP 4950m
After breakfast we continue trek to Chulu west Base Camp. Walk from Leder with panoramic views of Himalayans. Includes: B.L.D.

Day 10: REST DAY AT CHULU BASE CAMP 4950m
Rest day at Chulu Base camp 4950m Duration: whole day Height 4950m this day is set for the acclimatization explore around the Base Camp from here we can choose to climbto east or west.

Day 11: CLIMB TO HIGH CAMP 5600m.
Slow and relaxed walk and come back to down if you will be suffered by the high altitude sickness if not go easily to the high camp and rest the remaining time. Includes.

Day 12: CLIMB TO SUMMIT 6419m & RETURN TO HIGH CAMP.
This is the goal achieving day of our trip. By waking early in the morning and having light breakfast we go to summit the top with packed lunch. After summating we will come down to the High camp and spend our night again in the same place.

Day 13: BACK TO LEDER 4250m FROM HIGH CAMP.
Base camp then descend to Leder.By cleaning the high camp we will descend down to the Base Camp. We will clean the Base camp and then descend down to Leder.

Day 14: LEDER TO THOROUNG PHEDI 4480m.
On tenth day we had trekked from Manang to Leder. Today we go from Leder to Thorong Phedi the basement of Thorong La Pass 5416m by crossing up the Manang Village and we will spend our night at Thorong Phedi. Includes: B.L.D.

Day 15: TTHOROUNG PHEDI TREK DOWN TO MUKTINATH 3800m.
Duration: 7 hours of walking day. Height 5416m then 3800 m. Today is a big day and long too so early morning around 4 am start hike up after having some tea and bread towards Thorung la pass 5416m. To reach early due to the problem of speed wind. After reaching Pass we will stop for some snap of picture and hike down towards the valley of Mustang to reach Muktinath 3800m. Overnight at Guest House. B.L.D.

Day 16: MUKTINATH TREK DOWN TO KAGBENI 2800m & SAME DAY TREK TO JOMSOM 2710m.
We will take breakfast in Muktinath. It is one of long day trek down to Kagbeni 2800m then to Jomsom. After reaching in lodge rest or explore the sample village of Upper Mustang as Kagbeni village and its uniqueness. Since Jamesom 2710m is facilitated by the road service, people want to end their trek here and drive back to Pokhara then Kathmandu or/and we fly from Jomsom as well.

Day 17: JOMSOM FLY BACK TO POKHARA & SAME DAY DRIVE BACK TO KATHMANDU.

7. Sleeping Bags, Down HA/Lightweight Down or Synthetic/Gore Tex/Bevy-cover 3 Pieces

We suggest you to bring Crampons and Gaiters yourself because when you buy climbing boots you can look for adjustable Crampons and Gaiters for your boots from the store there. You can choose the comfortable one. Nevertheless, if you want you can use ours, this is just to give you a suggestion.
